Text description provided by the architects. Located at The Foundry no 8, Jakarta’s first pop up urban district. Wilshire one of the newest restaurant in town carrying the same name same as one of the boulevard in Los Angeles. Wilshire serves California fusion dishes. Conceptual as a blending of Industrial Chic & Modern , The Restaurant divides into two main spaces the main dining area and bar, and the private room and the wine post. Combination industrial material like cooper, steel, concrete with modern material like floral tiles mosaic and glass flow together seamlessly which make the ambience at Wilshire like a combination masculine versus feminine touch.

The long narrow facade dominated with the linear table setting and linear pattern industrial filament bulbs. The outdoor garden touch blending with interior restaurant which combination cooper sofa booth with orchid garden and rose mosaic floor at the main dining area. The flooring has combination sections of polished timber boards adjoining the floral tiles mosaic and concrete floor. The wall finished dominated with combination raw concrete, perforated steel and rust steel. The exposed ceiling combine with industrial expanded steel and groups of cooper and galvanized pipe pattern.
