Text description provided by the architects. The existing buildings which used to be frightening prisons, which can be followed in imprisonments memories, are now calming, relaxing and beautiful galleries, libraries, amphitheatre, cafes and restaurants which not only attract local citizens but also people from every part of the city; consequently the quality of the neighborhood has increased. The gate of the prison after the conservation has changed to the official section as well.
