Text description provided by the architects. BmesR29 Arquitectes rehabilitated and added an addition onto the Santa Teresa retirement home. The existing building was an isolated three story volume that projected westward with a continuous facade in street Pica d'Estats. The addition almost doubled the size of the building due to functional needs of the retirement home.
