The Fraternidad Medellín and Las Golondrinas foundations, in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Rionegro, developed an Early Childhood Development Center (CDI) to serve a population of approximately 300 low-income children in the Casas del Mar neighborhood, located on the urban periphery of the municipality.
