Text description provided by the architects. Casa C + JP was sited to maximize the privileged views of the lot, which is located within a gated community featuring a golf course. The main concept is based on emphasizing straight lines and neutral colors. At the entrance of the residence, a suspended staircase made of perforated sheet metal preserves the hanging garden below. Along the side of the garage ramp, stone was used as a retaining wall.
