Text description provided by the architects. Inspired by the idea of being, in the fullest sense of the phrase, “a home for living,” the interior of this house was designed to offer its residents the true meaning of dwelling: sharing moments, enjoying life, and feeling sheltered. Drawing inspiration from its very location and reflecting the history and lifestyle of the people of Rio Grande do Sul, this 3,230-square-foot house is located in the countryside of Farroupilha, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, surrounded by dense, preserved highland vegetation.
