Residence in Brooklin Paulista / Leonisio arquitetura

+ 17

Text description provided by the architects. The residence is located on a small lot holding out against intense real estate speculation, surrounded by high-rises with balconies looking directly down onto this small house in the Brooklin neighborhood. The concept behind the renovation and expansion was to connect with the city in some way, creating spaces with external views while maintaining the home's privacy.
