Text description provided by the architects. The Nuñez neighborhood is characterized by medium-density residential use. This is evident in a low-rise morphology of small apartment buildings and houses, and excellent environmental conditions with abundant trees along the sidewalks and lush, green backyards inside the city blocks. At the same time, the train tracks act as an important green lung that linearly interrupts the built fabric. The plot faces Pissarro Street—with the railway lines running along the opposite sidewalk—and has a width of 10 meters, slightly wider than most lots in Buenos Aires.
