Text description provided by the architects. This project received an honorable mention in the built works category at the 15th IAB MG Architecture Awards. It was also a finalist in the educational category at the 6th "O Melhor da Arquitetura" Awards, organized by Arquitetura e Construção magazine. The Teaching and Faculty Unit building was designed to accommodate both faculty and student activities, aiming to universalize higher education.
