Text description provided by the architects. Imakay means “concept” in Quechua, the ancient language of the Incas, and from the project's inception, the need to express this and other fundamental values of the client through architecture was clear. In this case, the goal was to translate the concept of an outstanding signature culinary experience, attentive to the smallest details, into the space.
