Text description provided by the architects. The Marajó building represents the splendor of a bygone era in downtown São Paulo. Built in the late 1940s, it foreshadowed the high-rise development of a booming neighborhood, and the quality of its interior spaces bears witness to the genuine generosity of the period when designing living spaces.
