Text description provided by the architects. The Las Calas residential complex consists of 98 homes located on the northwestern edge of the "Polígono Residencial Sur" in the city of Teruel. Developed in three phases, the residential modules have been adapted over time while maintaining a central wet-core layout as a separating element between daytime and nighttime areas.
