The origin of the building dates back to 2005, when the Municipality called for a National Preliminary Project Competition for the Headquarters of the Deliberative Council of the City of Córdoba and Urban Ideas for the Portal del Abasto Area, in which we won 1st prize. This public facility's implementation responds to a riverfront strategy on an urban scale, articulating the neighborhood to the north with the riverbanks, aiming to integrate them into the overall public space.
