Text description provided by the architects. The conception of this residence began long before the actual project, starting with a joint search between us and the owner for the perfect lot. The goal was to find a spacious site with a gentle slope, excellent solar orientation, and a beautiful view of the horizon. After a long search, we found this beautiful plot overlooking the golf course at Fazenda da Grama, in the countryside of São Paulo. The design had to accommodate intense weekend use, with the capacity to host many guests, family, and friends. The primary request was to create a large wing to accommodate eight suites—four on each floor—integrated with the home theater. On the opposite side, we developed the leisure and service areas, consisting of a kitchen, gourmet area, pub, and saunas, thereby centering the living rooms and verandas.
