Conceived in 2017, the Júlio Prestes Housing Complex, designed by the firm Biselli Katchborian Arquitetos, is the result of an ongoing effort to revitalize one of the most iconic and challenging areas in downtown São Paulo. Developed as part of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), the project coordinates social housing, the revitalization of public space, and urban integration, establishing itself as one of the most significant interventions in the city over the last decade.
