
Inclusive Architectural Practice (IAP) is an international design firm that integrates architecture, interior, landscape, and graphic design. Primarily composed of designers with dual Chinese and overseas professional backgrounds, the team is dedicated to creating innovative and inclusive environments that bring future-oriented transformation to life, education, and work.
Founded in 2014, the practice is led by founder and principal architect Xiaoyi Ma, a graduate of Tsinghua University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Ma is a US-licensed architect and an AIA member who previously served as Partner and Managing Director for China at KlingStubbins (later Jacobs Engineering Group). Projects led and designed by Ma have received numerous honors and certifications from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
