Students from the Barcelona School of Architecture are organizing a live-streamed architecture lecture series, featuring both local and international guests, to reflect on quarantine, confinement, freedom, repression, and viruses.
The lectures can be followed live via the YouTube channel “C de Cultura. ETSAB” and on the Instagram account @cdecultura_etsab. So far, the series has featured the firm “unparelld’arquitectes” represented by Eduard Callís; Anna & Eugeni Bach, winners of the recent FAD Awards and creators of Mies Missing Materiality; Jaume Prat, architect and content advisor for TVE's Escala Humana; Fala Atelier and their spaces of meaning through naïve architecture and digital collages; renowned architect Juhani Pallasmaa; and coming up on April 12 at 12:00 PM, Barcelona-based Bonell+Dòriga, a young architecture practice and curators of the highly acclaimed Instagram account @aseriesofrooms.
