Cajás House / Aguirre Arquitetura

+ 21

Text description provided by the architects. The project was designed as a new residence for clients seeking a more modern and functional home than their previous one in the same gated community. The design follows a minimalist approach, characterized by pure forms and materials with a clean architectural appeal, which was precisely the concept: a contemporary house with straight lines. The greatest challenge in developing this project was maximizing the use of the 4,000-square-foot lot while maintaining privacy from the densely built surroundings.
