São Paulo is home to one of the largest populations of Japanese immigrants and descendants in the world, and naturally, Japanese cuisine has been fully integrated into the daily lives of the city's residents. With 25 years of history and an original design created by the Studio 17 years ago, Kosushi restaurant approached us again, this time wishing to update and modernize its flagship location. The goal was to design a new facade, redesign the outdoor area at the back, reduce the number of tables in the indoor dining room, and expand the bar area.
