The Bogotá Water and Sewerage Company (EAAB) built the Water Operational Resources Center (CROA) as the first piece of a future network of buildings designed to establish a distinctive urban image and improve the company's operational response. This strategy aims to kickstart a large-scale urban operation, which also includes the intervention of the Headquarters adjacent to Corferias (innovation ring). For its part, the CROA building establishes a series of unique relationships with its surroundings to consolidate a new urban landscape through high-quality public and private spaces.
