The studio developed the proposal based on the premise of creating a livable, warm, and welcoming space through the presence of curved elements and the use of contrasting colors that coexist in harmony. As a hallmark of its identity, the project features custom furniture and lighting pieces designed ad-hoc for Barceló. One of the studio's first tasks was to eliminate preexisting architectural barriers, such as uneven and stepped floors, to create a single-level, uniform yet dynamic space that is pleasant to experience and offers guests a comfortable stay.
