Text description provided by the architects. The MB House is a permanent residence located in the San Carlos gated community, north of the Buenos Aires province. The street where the project is situated runs parallel and adjacent to the Panamericana highway, forming, along with a wooded fence, the northern edge of the neighborhood. This edge condition was decisive for its site placement and its solid expression toward the street.
