Text description provided by the architects. The Buenos Aires apartment is located in the Fabíola building (1960), designed by the architect and builder Luciano Korngold, a Polish-born Brazilian Jew. The building overlooks Buenos Aires Square in the São Paulo neighborhood of Higienópolis, standing out in the landscape due to a relief by artist Liuba Wolf on its crown. With its lush tree canopies, the square offers a breath of fresh air amidst the surrounding buildings, and the artist's sculpture can be seen from afar, turning the Fabíola building into a rare and privileged celebration of the intersection of art, architecture, and landscape.
