The 177m² (1,905 sq ft) Lagoa Apartment features windows looking out onto the treetops, with a layout and characteristics typical of the Higienópolis neighborhood. The residents—a couple and their two young children—are lovers of architecture and the local lifestyle. The renovation was comprehensive, involving a complete overhaul of the plumbing and electrical systems while enhancing the original floor plan. The clients sought a reconfiguration of the existing layout, with a new distribution of spaces and integrated environments that would allow more natural light to enter.
