The renovation of an old family apartment in the city of Santos connected us to different moments in the city's history and the unique architecture of its buildings. The apartment had already undergone a previous renovation to adapt to the residents' needs at the time, and once again, the passage of time changed the family's relationship with the space, generating new ways of occupying the apartment. The home's furniture and decor also reflected the passage of time: china cabinets, chests of drawers, chairs, tables, and paintings carry the memories and heritage of loved ones, lending a more classic tone to the apartment.
