Sliding System - Jenni Kayne Ranch | OTIIMA USA

Jenni Kayne is a California-based design brand focused on inspiring women's daily wellness. Designer Jenni Kayne's latest project involves the transformation of a ranch in Santa Ynez into an idyllic and harmonious living space. You can find animals, yoga classes, and quirky design pieces. The ranch was completed in 2022 after a two-year restoration process. Surrounded by 20 hectares of land, this particular location is positioned as the gateway to the world of the Jenni Kayne brand.

The home was designed for the invited friends of the Jenni Kayne brand to escape to ride horses, pet baby goats, dine on farm-to-table alfresco meals, practice yoga, taste wine, indulge in facials and massages, and visit local lavender farms. The house was taken down to the studs and rebuilt, raising the ceiling in the kitchen to create more flow between rooms and adding aluminum-framed glass wherever possible to maximize views.

The main objective during the restoration of the ranch was to open the project to the exterior creating a relationship with nature. This was accomplished by utilizing OTIIMA's wide exterior windows and doors. The selected Fusion 38 frame system from OTIIMA features concealed bearings that blend completely within the finish materials.
