Glass System in House in Beverly Hills | OTIIMA USA

OTIIMA is an innovative minimal frame window and door system. Its 3/4” sight lines, limitless size, and configurations are backed by a great warranty. 38 Series glass systems from OTIIMA were used in a house in N Rodeo Dr., located in Beverly Hills, CA.

This project used 38 Classic, a thermally versatile and structurally robust glass system that can be used in both warm and moderately cold climates. This project also employed the 38 Drain glass system, designed with a hidden sill, but offering the same versatility and flexibility as the Classic. The Drain model offers an optional hidden sub-frame and trench drain. It includes removable finish floor clips for easy maintenance and only uses a single slot for each track.

The aluminum frames have 20mm interlocking stiles with stiffeners at 10ft. The lock type chosen for this project was the sliding block standard.
