The 54 Series from OTIIMA, is designed specifically for colder climates. The design has a similar appearance to the 38 Series, with a structure that is optimized for 54 mm (2-1/8") triple-pane insulated glass. The series can also accommodate oversized “jumbo” double-pane glass. OTIIMA also offers multiple laminated glass options for projects requiring increased noise reduction and/or higher impact performance.

The series offers larger panel sizes than traditional glass systems. This is thanks to the use of stronger and thicker tempered glass that is integrated into the structural components. The purposeful design combines structural glazing, with reinforced components and engineered interlocking mullions to ensure extremely thin sight lines. Door automation can be integrated with all sliding doors.

54 Classic
The Classic is both thermally versatile and structurally robust. It can be used in both warm, and moderately cold climates.

54 Plus
Similar to the Classic, the Plus takes the design a step further by offering a flush head and sill track instead of recessed tracks 3/8" (10 mm).

54 DRAIN
Designed with a hidden sill, but still offers the same versatility and flexibility as the Classic. The design is notable for using a single slot for each track. The Drain model offers an optional hidden sub-frame and trench drain. It includes removable finish floor clips for easy maintenance and only uses a single slot for each track.

54 Fusion
The latest sliding door platform design offers a hidden header, sill, and jamb frame. The result is a minimalistic design that creates the illusion of floating glass.

54 Fixed
A fixed glazing system for interior or exterior use. You can choose between the traditional coplanar glass panels with 1-9/16" (40mm) mullions or staggered alternating-plane panels with 13/16" (20mm) mullions. Designed with the same framework as the door system for a cohesive and consistent look.

54 Open
OTIIMA's operable window system is offered in both inward and outward opening configurations. The design allows for triple-pane glass and includes a multi-point locking system for increased security. Concealed motorization is available upon request.

54 Pivot
54 Pivot offers clients a more broad range of operable door types. Often used as an entry door or a wall of doors.

54 Swing
A swing door with concealed hinges, suitable for entry and patio doors. The 54 Swing is available with fixed sidelights or transoms. The wider stile design includes a keyed entry (or thumb-turn only) lock, while the narrow stile design includes an electromagnetic lock.
