The building offers an image derived morphological genesis of his own: a tablet suspended, almost floating on the gentle slope green -slightly twisted-repeating the same gestures that the topography- and offers a gesture of successive concave ribs against the sun:

In a flat landscape -almost one-dimensional-, as is the highway, immeasurably longitudinal, the building from where it controls and directs the company, contorts, and stands as lookout (also longitudinal), as a new “lookout” observer… Two slabs of concrete lattice steel tape the or-ten blocks south and north reused tire. The picture of the complex aims to establish close ties to the movement and infrastructure relating to transport, and perhaps away from the usual urban readings in similar programs.

This certainly is an intriguing building with and interesting form and material palate. The text is also full of lovely archibabble.

Haha! I have no idea.

Despite not having a clue about the program, I do see how the design is conceived. The zigzagging and the repetition of the facade work surprisingly well together in conveying the subject of the highway and transportation.

hmm pretty cool, I like the covered parking, and transparent ground plane. The section drawing shows a green roof, I would have liked to see a photo of the project from the roof, and also with all the landscaping done. The project looks a bit desolate without tenants and greenery. Some of the detailing seems a bit excessive and dis-proportional. I do like how the steel facade looks from the inside, interesting feel. nice,
