Equipment which includes a community centre, a library and a sports track. In ground floor, a multipurpose room opens to a double height porch, contained within the building´s volume. The entrance, at the corner of two streets, directly confronts this gap.

A stair, at the side of the porch, provides access to the first floor, in which there are  multi-purpose rooms and to the second, in which there is the library, occupying the entire floor and showing itself to the exterior as a suspended volume.

The curved section of the roof gives form to a skylight  along the library, letting natural light bounce in and providing a uniform illumination. The outer face is prolonged, protecting  as a great veil  the rear facade of the building.
