The proposals that make up the exhibition Ciudad Completa | La Palomera: reconocimiento y celebración (Hacienda La Trinidad Parque Cultural) are the result of a multiplicity of individual and collective exercises, deployed as creative actions—experiences conceived to transcend the boundaries that make it difficult to imagine and experience the city as a diverse and complex fabric, open to the forces of the other, always yet to come; and of the other, the inhabitant who, together with us, inhabits and shapes it. A city for encounter, active consensus, learning, and transformation.

Artist Fernando Prats and architects Mirene Elton, Mauricio Léniz, Francisco Cruz, and Eugenio Mandiola present the work "Su Vertical Nos Retiene"—a project located in Parque Bicentenario Cerrillos, Santiago, Chile. The streaming event will be moderated by Pola Mora, Head of Community & Partnerships at ArchDaily.

The BrCidades project aims to set a new urban agenda focused on building cities that are economically dynamic, socially just, environmentally responsible, and culturally plural. During the period of social isolation, the network launched a weekly program, Meia Hora com o BrCidades, which aims to disseminate its agenda and, naturally, reflect on the changes brought about by the pandemic. With an irreverent and informal approach, the program invites prominent urbanists, researchers, professionals, and organizations committed to advancing these agendas to join the conversation.

The Moscow School of Architecture (MARCH) is hosting a lecture series inviting educators from around the world to rethink architectural education in what they call Architectural (De)Schooling in the age of quarantine. On Wednesday, June 17, at 11:00 AM (MEX/COL), a multidisciplinary talk will be held featuring New York-based psychologist Adeola Enigbokan and Colombian architect Carlos Medellín. The Interior Lighting Course aims to provide you with the tools necessary to develop lighting projects for residential and/or commercial spaces. You will learn how lighting can personalize and shape new spaces based on the program and its specific lighting requirements.

The 6th edition of the International Congress on Architecture and Society, titled "La Ciudad que queremos, The city we want," will be held at the Baluarte venue in Pamplona from June 10 to 12, 2020.

Isolation, viewed from various perspectives and disciplines, is the central theme of the "Isolated Dialogues" series, organized by the School of Architecture at Universidad Finis Terrae, which takes place every Wednesday. Participants include artists, architects, designers, musicians, scientists, writers, journalists, and others, both Chilean and international.

Brazilian architect Matheus Seco and artist Patrícia Osses will discuss "Universal Influences and Local Expression: A Look from Isolation," analyzing the cases of Brasília and São Paulo, the cities where they reside, respectively. This conversation will take place as part of "Isolated Dialogues" (Diálogos aislados), an online series organized by the School of Architecture at Finis Terrae University, which brings together guests from various disciplines to analyze the theme of isolation from different perspectives.

This Monday, May 25, marks the beginning of the 7th Arica Barroca South Andean Art Festival, an initiative established in 2014 to highlight the cultural identity and diversity of Arica, Parinacota, and the South American Andes.
For 2020, Arica Barroca introduces the theme “Sayarikuna”—Quechua for “We will rise”—to spark inquiry into exemplary manifestations across the American continent.
