{CURA} Architectural Photography Post-Processing Workshop with Manuel Sá

Focused on the post-processing stage of architectural photography, the new {CURA} workshop will be led by architectural and urban photographer Manuel Sá. Winner of the 2018 IAB-SP Architectural and City Photography Award, Manuel Sá is a member of the London-based Studio Naaro.
Using Lightroom and Photoshop, the workshop will cover everything from photo organization and selection to general processing in Lightroom and specific adjustments in Photoshop. Through practical examples of interior and exterior photography, the sessions aim to explore the editing possibilities these tools offer for commercial architectural photography.

São Paulo Architecture Biennial hosts "Black São Paulo Walking Tour" event

The 12th International Architecture Biennial of São Paulo, on view at the Centro Cultural São Paulo through December 8, features the "Black São Paulo Walking Tour" in its program. The tour seeks to recover Black histories embedded throughout the city—in the center and adjacent neighborhoods—along a 3.5-kilometer route that begins at Praça da Liberdade 238 (near the Liberdade Metro station) and concludes approximately three hours later at Praça da República.

On November 19, Editora Escola da Cidade launches Um guia de arquitetura de São Paulo: doze percursos e cento e vinte e quatro projetos [A Guide to the Architecture of São Paulo: Twelve Routes and One Hundred and Twenty-Four Projects], organized by architect and professor Fabio Valentim. The book presents a selection of significant works from the recent history of modern architecture in São Paulo and its subsequent developments.
