Lunaria Villas at Al Barari, Dubai, is an exclusive collection of 40 standalone six-bedroom residences, designed to blend luxury with nature. Spanning approximately 15,000 square feet, each villa sits on a plot ranging from 8,000 to 16,000 square feet, offering expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The architectural design draws inspiration from the Bauhaus style, featuring light-colored tiled facades, panoramic windows, flat roofs and rectangular sunshades. A striking spiral staircase serves as a focal point upon entry while floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural light and provide seamless views of lush landscapes and private pools. Motion Facades’ advanced aluminum systems further enhance the exterior, contributing to both aesthetics and performance.
