Motion Façades provide high-end façade systems for modern architectural designs and luxury spaces. Motion 520 by Motion Façades was installed in the Emporer of Caesarea, located in Caesarea, Israel.
The project was to build a new house on a recently purchased plot of land in the neighborhood of Caesarea. The location features wide open space and spectacular views. Itzik Niv designed a modern home with a minimalist style, plenty of natural light, and wood elements for a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The spacious entrance door on the main façade opens to reveal an expansive view through the long glass wall that separates the exterior from the interior. Immediately visible is the "inner street," with a metal-and-wood library on the left and a patio on the right, connecting all three floors and bringing natural light into the basement. Further ahead, the kitchen occupies the left, while the living room and dining area are on the right, with a space above linking the ground floor to the living room on the first floor.
Motion 520 is a minimal sliding door system with thermal insulation properties. This product was selected for the Emporer of Caesarea due to its contemporary design and high functionality.
