Elevate’s ISOGARD™ is a range of polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation and cover boards specifically engineered for flat roof systems. The boards’ foam and facer technology gives them long-lasting and stable performance, thermal and dimensional stability, and high compressive strength. The ISOGARD™ range is suitable for all flat roofing systems, including those where the demands on PIR board application are very high, such as fully adhered EPDM roofing systems.

ISOGARD AK is an insulation board for flat roofs consisting of a closed-cell PIR foam core laminated on both sides to a gastight multi-layered aluminium-kraft complex facer. Boards are available with straight and rebate edges.
- ISOGARD™ MG (Only available in UK)
ISOGARD MG is an insulation board for flat roofs consisting of a closed-cell PIR foam core laminated on both sides to a mineral-coated fiberglass facer. Boards are available with straight and rebate edges.
Tapered insulation boards offer an alternative solution to properly evacuate water from the roof when its structure does not provide adequate slope. ISOGARD AK and ISOGARD MG boards are available tapered, with a 2% slope.
ISOGARD HD is a cover board for flat roofs consisting of a high-density, closed-cell PIR foam core laminated on both sides to a mineral-coated fiberglass facer. ISOGARD HD spreads the load and protects the insulation boards underneath. It combines impact resistance and ease of installation in a single durable product. It is also an excellent choice for refurbishment projects, used as a recovery board over the existing roofing system.
