1064 Mission Custom Canopies | BŌK Modern

BŌK Modern designs and develops innovative architectural metal panel systems. BŌK Modern Custom Sunshades, Sunfin, and Gate were used in German Coliver Locus' 1064 Mision residential project.

1064 Mision comprises 256 studio apartments for adults and seniors and was finished in February 2023. The complex sits on over than an acre of land and is a joint venture between the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, Mercy Housing, and Episcopal Community Services. BŌK Modern colorful butterfly shades in five different bright RAL colors and featuring three different patterns add form and function to this six-story permanent housing project in SoMa.The shades were designed to be modular, repeatable, and easy to install. To control water flow when it rains, perforations were strategically designed in the center gutter bracket.
