More about this product

With its use of state-of-the-art materials, the 550 m2 Villa Omnia presents itself as a modern and elegant home. It was designed by the architect Jano Blanco, who uses Cosentino surfaces to form part of the interior and exterior flooring, stairs, swimming pool, countertop kitchen, bathroom countertops and sinks, wall coverings and shower trays. The villa, located on a 20,000 m2 plot, in the heart of the mountains of Ibiza in Spain, makes use of the ultra-compact Dekton® surfaces and Silestone® quartz surfaces.

The residence, which has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, large common spaces and sea views, opts for an interior and exterior color palette that ranges from light grays, whites and occasional brown tones for its various zones. For floors, the ultra-compact Dekton® surface with its thickness of 8 mm stands out for having excellent technical and aesthetic properties with a fine, light format and easy to handle when installing.

For the exterior and interior, Dekton® by Cosentino was the ideal material that fused both parts, being able to dilute these spaces achieving the desired harmony and continuity between the venues. Likewise, Dekton® becomes the perfect material for its application in pavements, offering hardness, resistance, easy maintenance, flexibility to the surrounding climate, changes in temperature and resistance to ultraviolet rays.

Thanks to its versatility, Dekton® can even be used in swimming pools, as in this case, in the 20 meter long infinity pool of the Villa Omnia, which, with its design, based on straight lines, unifies aesthetics with safety by means of the better technology. Custom Dekton® pieces in Sirocco color were used in this centerpiece.

Cosentino Sintered Stone Surfaces

For the heart of the house, Silestone® by Cosentino surfaces were chosen. In an open-style kitchen, the true protagonist of the space is the large Silestone® island, thanks to both its size and luminosity. The Silestone® Iconic White color is the purest white that currently exists for the world of quartz surfaces, which merges with the rest of the light tones of the environment and contrasts with the large installed solid wood table.

Both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, Silestone® surfaces offer beauty, visual continuity, light, quality, hygiene, resistance, safety and easy cleaning. Without a doubt, an ideal choice for both locations.
