Text description provided by the architects. The apartment is located on a building, which was built nearly 35 years ago, in a residential area of the 1970s and 1980s. The project was based on two main guidelines: Reorganizing its distribution, so as it could be equipped with two bathrooms, an office area and a kitchen linked to the living room, as well as to provide it with generous storage areas; Renovating the finishes of the whole apartment, fully remodeling its damp areas.
