Text description provided by the architects. Tired of wasting hours in the traffic to go to and from work, the client of this project choose an apartment in the heart of downtown São Paulo, very close to the metro, to make his life easier. For that reason his place needed to be functional and cozy at the same time. The idea was to create a space where he could work but also relax in just a few square meters. Integrating all the spaces was the center idea of the project, not only to maximize the tiny floor plan but also to please the client, who wanted to integrate all the spaces, including the bathroom. Both terraces also needed to be included because of the client’s dog.
