Text description provided by the architects. The site is located in Meransen / South Tyrol in an idyllic enclave of spruce wood and great views of the Dolomites. The area is accessed by a simple path that leads as a hiking trail to the alpine destinations on the local mountain called “Gitschberg”. The winter ski slope is not far from the grounds and can be reached on foot. Also, a creek passes the site, which invites for Cooling in the summertime and in the winter after the sauna session for a cold shower. In this sense, the user is closely connected with the surrounding nature and enjoys its countless advantages.
