Text description provided by the architects. This small holiday bach looks over the dune tops to the Esplanade Reserve in Waikanae, New Zealand. It was designed for a family who have owned the property for more than 30 years. An uninsulated 2 storey cabin was altered, insulated, reclad and extended.
