Design ideas

Besides the end users of the apartments specified their positions in their own floors hence this idea has form that the exterior shape of the building can follow it’s inside alteration.

In the first step the concept for the sculpture of building was object disjunction upon its internal alteration, thus the project body cut into three cubic objects. 1- Circulation areas which is located in the eastern part (gray cubes). 2- Residential apartments for specific end-users on the top levels (dark cube). 3- Apartments for sale or rent in the lower part (white cube). These three simple objects attached to each other with a transparent circulation area next to stair case box, in the sixth floor and in the ground floor.

In the next step for more special quality and inventing a new character for the levels underground, a 3 meter wide gap designed in these floors in the south and west sides that exhilarateunderground floors with sunlight and an vertical greenery (in 40 meters long and 12 meters high), and it made this underground object as a base or podium for the upper parts design.

On the bottom line the main design idea in this project has planned in clarifying the project requirements description and large scale strategic decisions to recapturethe architectural quality and shaping them to an objective sculpture, and in this process we tried to cut any irrelevant additional ornaments to achieve the purity of architecture that based on the main large idea.
