Text description provided by the architects. The house is placed in a small and uneven terrain overlooking the Lima bay.
The limited lot space -105 m2 – incites a vertical program development distributed into four levels: 1st floor facilities, 2nd floor social area, 3rd floor master bedroom, 4th floor children bedrooms and rooftop.
A relation between transparency and opacity emerge in function to landscape and program, opening social and private areas of the house overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
