International design team Broadway Malyan, was recently tabbed to design a new luxury housing complex in Singapore. The project, “The Boutiq”, will be built on the grounds of the historic, recently demolished, Mitre Hotel. Additional renderings and a brief narrative can be seen after the break.

The Boutiq, a luxury 39,972 sq ft residential-led scheme to be built on the historic Mitre Hotel site in Singapore, and designed by international architecture, urbanism and design practice. Broadway Malyan, has been launched by a consortium comprising Heeton Holdings, KSH Holdings and TEE International.

Broadway Malyan director Jason Pomeroy said: “The Boutiq balances the demand for luxury lifestyle, urban living with that of a sustainable development. The orientation and passive design approach to the building provides an abundance of natural light and ventilation. This is coupled with recreational sky gardens that punctuate every floor and provide a multi-level forum for the residents to relax, play and interact.”

Comprising two 10-storey blocks, the development will house 130 one to two-bedroom apartment units and one to three-bedroom penthouses ranging from 506 sq ft to 2853 sq ft. Each unit has been exquisitely designed with superior quality fittings and finishing, boasting renowned brands.
