The project develops the new headquarters for the Biokit and Systelab laboratories on the outskirts of Lliçà d'Amunt, a small town in the province of Barcelona. The proposal is designed as a modular structure organized around a central axis that connects a series of identical, independent volumes separated by green courtyards. Due to the site's natural slope, the large-scale new building, located in the northwestern zone of a newly developed industrial park, will be visible from the historic center of the nearby town.
