Condominio Colomos is a low-impact vertical housing project where the greatest design challenge was to create personalized apartments that make residents feel as though they inhabit a unique space. Breaking away from the typical floor plan allowed us to generate diversity and distinct atmospheres across each of the project's 11 housing models. These are distributed over four levels, integrating the building with its immediate context.
