Located near Barcelona in one of the most traditional summer resort towns on the Maresme coast, Caldes d’Estrac (Caldetes), stands this newly built single-family home. It is situated on a seafront promenade that runs alongside a wide, expansive beach characteristic of this area of the Catalan coast. This promenade has a peaceful character—unlike other coastal towns—due to its mostly residential use, serving both primary residences and summer homes.
