The new headquarters for Três Selos, a brand responsible for distributing major names in Brazilian music on vinyl, was set in a former semi-detached house in Vila Madalena, São Paulo. The building underwent a complete renovation to accommodate the company's new needs. The main requirements presented to Balaio for developing the project were office and meeting spaces, storage for record stock, and a recording studio for productions released by the label.
