This multi-space venue houses La Valiente Focacceria, the new location of a renowned bakery—in this case specializing in focaccias—founded by Chris Petersen, Germán Torres, and Ezequiel Mendonça Paz. It also features the ILVA porcelain tile showroom and Maíz, a space by Felicitas Pizarro that includes a wine cellar, open-fire cooking, and a plant nursery.
