Located in Balneário Piçarras, on the northern coast of Santa Catarina, just a few meters from the sea, the N9 Residential Building features an open ground floor on pilotis, which houses the parking spaces and vertical circulation with stairs and an elevator. Each typical floor—of which there are only four more—is occupied by two apartments.
